The All Weather Safe is an all-welded, reinforced, thick steel unit engineered to exceed FEMA's national performance criteria. The unit has the one of the strongest doors available in the industry and comes with a standard door size meeting ADA wheelchair accessibility. The All Weather Safe can be installed in a variety of places such as:
A new home or office in the pre-construction stage as a closet or small room;
The garage or patio of an existing home;
A concrete slab outside of an existing home or business;
Day care centers;
Churches;
Government office buildings;
Military bases;
Camping facilities;
Schools.

The All Weather Safe unit is delivered as a single piece unit, moved into place and bolted down using the HILTI anchorage system that is best for your slab. The total process usually takes less than a couple hours.
It makes a great addition to any home, garage or shop. Safe rooms are available in a variety of sizes.
The stardard sizes are 4x6, 4x8, 6x6, 6x8, 8x8, 8 x 10 and 8x12 sizes. Special ordered sizes are also available to fit your needs.
Our first unit was tested by engineers at Texas Tech University's Wind Engineering Research Center on Monday, August 11, 2008. The All Weather Safe withstood the rigorous testing procedures used by Texas Tech's engineers using a fifteen pound two by four shot at the saferoom at the speed of an F5 tornado. The door of the tested unit is on display at the our store for your viewing. Pictures and video of the testing will be available shortly.
